1. Shipping

1.1 Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it within one business day, provided the item is in stock and no alternative lead time is mentioned.
1.2 Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and depend on the destination and weight of the package.
1.3 After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code to monitor your shipment.

2. Returns and Exchanges

2.1 We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt.
2.2 Returns or exchanges can be made in-store or by mail.
2.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unopened, unworn, and in its original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories.
2.5 Earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

3. Return Procedure

3.1 To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email or phone.
3.2 Carefully pack the item and include the original invoice.
3.3 Send the return to the address provided by our customer service. We recommend shipping with track & trace.
3.4 Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process a refund or exchange depending on your preference and product availability.

4. Refunds

4.1 Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
4.2 Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
